Recycling & Sustainability
Recycling & Sustainability in Annette’s Haus
I need to show respect to this wonderful nature that gives us humans so much. The least I can do is try and keep it clean. That’s my reason to pick up rubbish.

THE IDEA OFSUSTAINABILITY
Definition: The ecological footprint measures how much the earth's natural resources are used to meet human needs. Recycling is an important process for reducing this footprint, as it enables the reuse of materials, thus reducing the need for new raw materials and the associated environmental impact.
1. Water is not consumed unnecessarily.
2. Virtually no use of toxins, including natural substances as fertilizer.
3. Recycling: e.g., plastic bags. All medium-sized bags for pasta, cereal, and legumes are reused. For the small trash can in the bathroom (toilet paper is NOT allowed in the toilet), the cereal bags are aluminum-lined inside – making them ideal for freezing
